The "shesek" - Israeli medlar began to blossom in our yard in spite of everything. It seems at the wrong time, but a swarm of bees hover around him and an alluring aroma spreads. About three or four years ago, one slightly insane guy cut down this tree. The only thing I managed to save at the last moment was a tree stump. It sprouted new shoots fairly quickly, but there were no flowers, no fruit at all. And suddenly now for the first time it blossomed. Hallelujah!! Rejoice with me.
